Well in order to become fit, one has to follow a healthy lifestyle – eating right (not less), moving well (your favorite ones), maintaining good sleep, managing stress, etc. All these will be covered as a part of the program by KD!
You can stick to your home food to achieve fitness. If your medical practitioner has subscribed specific supplements due to deficiencies, you can go ahead with it. Shakes can be taken if you seek convenience. But none of these are needed on a compulsory basis if you are seeking for general fitness. KD recommends complete whole food concepts.
Please remember that achieving fitness is a long journey. KD doesn’t believe in crash dieting or extreme practices to achieve quick results. She insists on a sustainable fitness journey that will keep you fit forever.
